(2)HSS-DM05 High Speed Steel Molybdenum:
Circular saws in high speed steel (5% molybdenum content) are suitable for
cutting off steel and alloys with hardness between 500N/mm2 and 800N/ mm2.
The sawblades are used on manual semi-automatic and fully automatic sawing
machine.
We supply the following surface coated:
Special Oxidation-VAPO: It produces a layer of iron oxide(Fe3O4) on the surface,
which increses the wear-resisting and incresesthe overall life. Suitable for
general cutting work.
Titanium Nitrider Coating-TIN:
This is an excellent PVD coating for protecting saw blades form wear, which
is a good choice for iron based materials and cutting conditions requiring
resistance to both abrasive and adhesive wear.
Titanium Aluminum Nutride Coating-TIALN:
TIALN is a new multi-layer wear protection PVD coating. Recommended for high
tensile strength above 800N/ mm2 and stainless steel. Responds very favourably
to high speed and feed rates well as extreme working conditions like dry cutting.
Titanium Carbonit Nide Coating-TICN:
TICN is a "High Performance" PVD coating suitable for severe abrasive wear
cutting conditions. Recommended for high tensile strength materials above
800N/ mm2 and stainless steel. Especially for cutting the material in high
speed and feed rates. Coating thickness 0.003mm.
