Summary

MK - 5020 cutting oil is a specially designed for iron metal, mixed by paraffin base oil , special selection of anti-wear agent, oily agent, and non-ferrous metal passivator; Excellent lubrication  performance and excellent advoiding non-ferrous metal oxidation discoloration performance.

Usage:

MK - 5020 cutting oil is suitable for cast iron, iron, copper, aluminum, and their alloy for light and heavy cutting load; Because containing chloride, synthetic lipid fat and special lubricant additives, also recommended for the light load of steel metal cutting processing.

 Clear pale yellow, can improve the work environment, the operator can also clearly see and control the workpiece machining condution.

  Contains special lubricant additive, so that the chip easy to separated from the cutting tool, and the low viscosity ensure adequate cooling and stampings performance, all is required for high speed cutting.  
The additives provide sufficient lubrication and effectively prevent the local fusion between tool and chip, so as to prolong tool life and improve the gloss level.

 Excellent anti-rust, won't corrode copper, aluminum and other light alloy susceptible to corrosion.

Keep the oil clean, prevent the mixing with impurities and moisture.
