Product Introduction

SW-MWD wireless measurement while drilling system is developed by China's first batch of directional well experts. The R&D personnel are the makers as well as the users. Features of MWD system:

1)     No need to debug, easy to operate: Only need to know the size of drill collar and displacement to choose the matching short suspension section and pulser. There is no need to on-site commissioning. 

2)     Small diameter, strong signal: The outer diameter of the Instrument is only 45mm, which ensures a small flow resistance and a strong mud pulse signal.

3)     Low maintenance costs: The auxiliary parts of the instrument only need some o-rings and centralizers, which are at low cost. 

4)       Long durability, save time and effort:  The maintenance interval of pulse and electromagnetic valve is over 500 hours, which is convenient for field use.

5)       Extended functions: Measurement of Gamma parameter and formation resistivity factor can be added according to the need of users.(LWD)
