Graphite Mould for Continuous Casting Introduction:

 

Graphite Mould is used for Copper, Platinum, Gold, Sliver and other non ferrous metal, steel and stainless steel

continuous casting mould. It has good thermal conductivity, good lubricating property under high temperature,

good wear resistance and high mechanical strength etc.

 

 

According to the casting method, it can be divided into horizontal continuous casting mould and vertical

continuous casting mould.

 

According to the casting material, it can be divided in to following:

1. Brass continuous casting mould;

2. Red copper continuous casting mould;

3. Gold, silver, platinum jewelry continuous casting mould;

4. Steel and stainless steel continuous casting mould

    

According to the casting products shape: round mould, hollow tube mould, abnormal mould

 

According to the hole number, there are single-hole graphite mould and multi-hole graphite mould.
