PAPER CUP/BOWL JACKET MACHINE DEBAO-90T

DEBAO-90T paper/bowl jacket machine is a multipurpose jacket machine, not only can make common jacket paper cups (including ripple cups), but also can make hollow sleeve cups through adding silicone oil equipment, bottom pre-curling, bottom second curling, and heating process. This machine is our company's own design, which with the independent intellectual property rights.

 

DEBAO-90T machine adopts open-type, intermittent division design, gear drive, longitudinal axis design, so they can reasonably distribute each part function. The whole machine adopts spray lubrication, thus can reduce the parts abrasion.

 

DEBAO-90T machine is innovative design, with servomotor extruding glue, photoelectric detection, thus can save glue, and bonding firmly to avoid lack or overflow of glue occurs.

 

PLC system controls the whole cups forming process. By adopting photoelectric failure-detecting system and servo control feeding, our machine's reliable performance is guaranteed, thus offering a rapid and stable operation. This machine can auto-stop working when there is a failure. Thus it can greatly improve operation safety standard and reduce labor force.
