Application Range
Used for wastewater treatment in steel industry, textile, paper-making industries and domestic wastewater treatment. The polar groups in its molecular chain can adsorb the solid particles suspended in water, make the bridge between particles and form big flocs, accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the slurry, significantly accelerate solution clarification effect and improve the effectiveness of filtering and centrifugal. After the product treatment, the COD and chromaticity indicators can also be improved. It can be used in ore dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry and food industry for solid and liquid separation.
As a thickening agent, it can also be used to improve the utilization of the biochemical pool and sludge concentration pool to make the sludge concentration increased from 3 to 10 g/L to 30-100 - g/L.

 

Method of use
When used as a flocculating agent, the general usage is 10 to 50 mg/l. When this product is used for water treatment, it can be used alone, also can be used together with PAC, but the mixing must be conducted separately. The water dosing quantity should be considered according to their respective conditions during dilution process.

 

Packaging and storage

This product is packed in lining plastic woven bag or paper plastic composite bag in 25kg or as per clients' requirement. For storage, pay attention to the heat, the moisture and the damp agglomerate which always happens on dry powder products. The stacking layer should not exceed 20 floors. And its effective storage time is 1 year.
