1 . Cylinder mold part

1 set of φ1500mm×2300mm×2800mm stainless steel cylinder mold, 1 set of Ф450mm×2300mm×2800mm couch roll, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38℃±2.  

 

 Dryer part

1 set of Ф2500mm×2300mm×2800mm alloy dryer drum, 1 set of Ф500mm×2300mm× 2800mm touch roll, rubber shore hardness 90℃±2. Pneumatic pressure device. There is double-layer dryer hood. 

 

 Winding part

1 set of Ф1000mm×2300mm×2800mm winding cylinder.

 

 Rewinding and cutting part

1 set of 1880mm rewinding machine with embossing and perforating.  

1 set of tissue paper cutting machine.
