1 . Cylinder mold part

1 pc of Ф1800mm×2800mm×3300mm stainless steel mesh cylinder mold, 1 pc of Ф500mm×2800mm×3300mm couch roll, rubber shore hardness 38±2.

 

2. Dryer part

1 pc of Ф2500mm×2800mm dryer cylinder, 1 pc of Ф600mm×2800mm touch roll, rubber shore hardness 90±2, with pneumatic pressure device. Dryer cylinder with double-deck breathing exhaust hood, steam blade 2 sets.  

 

3. Winding part

1 pc of Ф900mm×2800mm winding drum.reeling paper on drum.

 

4.Drive section

Alternating current frequency converter speed control, sectional drive.
