CQB-F Magnetic Pump

 

 1.Overview

 

It is applicable to pump and transport the acid, alkaline liquid, oil, rare expensive liquid, poisonous liquid, volatile liquid and water circulation equipment, especially the pumping and transportation of the flammable, leaky and explosive liquid.

The axial seal is cancelled and it is indirectly driven with magnetic coupling, completely eliminating drop leakage and won't pollute the working place.
As the flowpassing components are made of fluoroplastics alloy, it can continually transport corrosive media such as acid, alkali, strong oxidant and so on and won't be damnified.
2.Working principles

The driving device is fixed on the electric motor axis with the active magnetic joint and the pump room is completely obturated. The impeller with magnet is indirectly driven to revolve with magnetic coupling. The structure is compact and it is safe and energy saving.
Firm and durable pump case structure
Although the part contacting the liquid is fluoroplastics, the crust is made of metal material. So the pump case is enough to endure the weight of the channels and resist mechanical impact.
3.The scope of application

The production is widely suitable for: petroleum industry, acid and alkali making, nonferrous metal smelting, acid washing technics in car manufacturing, rare earth separating, pesticide making, dye industry, curatorial industry, papermaking, electroplating, wireless industry and so on.
4.Working temperature: 

-20-100 Deg.C.
