LTB series drum asphalt mixing plants which are manufactured by Jinyun, mix asphalt in drying drum, producing asphalt mixture continuously. Drum type asphalt mixing plant mainly including: cold aggregate feeding system, burner, drying & mixing drum, dust collector, bitumen heating & storage system, control system etc. Equipment cost is low and easy to move. Mainly applied for small new road construction project and maintenance project of old road.
●Continuous and drum type mixing, with belt type weighing, capacity scope: 20—80t/h.
●Structure is simple, low equipment investment with low failure rate.
●Low power consumption, fuel consumption is lower under the condition of same capacity
●Compact design, and easy move and maintain, don't need installation foundation ,only need simple smooth and harden.
●Not need filler feeding system, and directing heat type bitumen storage tank is appropriate.
