Features:

1.  Complete machine is made of reinforced welding lathe bed, after tempering treatment and vibration aging to eliminate stress and then under finish milling by large, to ensure the long-term stability of the machine and no deformation.

2.    CMA1530C-G-A Fiber Laser Cutting Machine adoptted international advanced gear rack transmission structure. Equipped with grinding gear and rack, and through the precision collimator one time metering assembly, the machine enjoys easy adjustment, long-term high cutting speed, high precision transmission and meanwhile no deformation and free maintenance. 

3.   Beam structure adopts the modular design, with aviation aluminum control processing, secondary finishing milling processing and manufacturing. The built-in stiffener is installed inside the hollow beam. The beam weight is effectively controlled and dynamic response speed is highly increased thanks to finite element scientific analysis and optimization design of beam structure to  realize high speed, high precision cutting.
