The Description of Resin Bond Diamond Cutting Wheels:

Resin Bond Diamond is recommended for cutting hard, brittle and delicate materials. Such as ceramics, carbides, and exotic metals where low heat generation or improved surface finish is desired. Should be used at higher speed. Resin Bond is the softest of all the bonds, frequently used in applications that require a smooth surface finish and minimum amount of chipping.
