Decorative Curved Aluminum Panel for Curtain Wall for construction cladding and curtain wall is made from high quality Aluminum alloy supplied by world famous big enterprises. The surface is coated with fluorocarbon (PVDF) paint made by PPG from USA or Akzon from the Netherlands
The Aluminum panel is composed of aluminum plate, reinforcement bars and installing racks etc.
Custom thickness of panel is 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and the standard dimension is 1220x2440 (mm).
The fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating has excellent corrosion and environment resistances, it can prevent ultraviolet (UV) and protect color of panel from discoloring and pulverizing. The fluorocarbon paint we're using is supplied by PPG, DuPont, Akzon, Nippon etc. As a professional manufacturer, we can produce different color, thicnkess, dimension and shape according to customer's demand and request.
