All 3 axes are powered by fast, reliable, and quiet Yaskawa AC Servo motors which provide plenty of torque and power. The X and Y axes run on Hiwin linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance-free reliability.

Cutting is performed by a 9kw HSD Auto Tool Change spindle. Coupled with CNC's 6-8 tool static rack it makes multiple-tool jobs a breeze. Materials are held down with a powerful air-cooled vacuum pump and dust is efficiently removed with the CNC dust extraction system. All these components are driven by the industry renowned Syntec CNC controller.
