This machine is primarily used for crushing waste tires. Its working principle is: Tires are first put from inlet into disintegrating room continuously and evenly. There are two opposite turning axis with sword-plate with hooks in the room. When tires put into it, hooks will hook them and sword edges cut them apart, then rubber belts will be sent back to crushing room by filter system for re-crushing. When wanted size reached, rubber grain will be leaked through the filter holes.
