2  Machinery Using:

1.  Installation: The handle's chucks rotate to the end towards to letter " open" , open the chucks.

Handling: the handle's chucks rotate to the end towards letter " close" , lock the chucks.

The Controller will be alarmed if in the middle position

2. Adjust the chucks: The chucks rotate to the end towards to letter " open" , tighten the chucks

3  Speed Reference

Please refer the picture for setting up the speed, try to completely insert the knife into the machine, in case the machine vibrating

4 Controller Using:

Please plug the pedals and handle, and then plug the power line, by the end turn on the power switch, the window will be show the speed chose by current transfer speed button, the controller automatically identify the pedals. If do not plug the pedals before turn on the power switch, the controller could not identify the pedals, in this case,the pedals have none of function

1) Work or stop: if didn't plug the pedals before turn on the power, the handle's working is controlled by work/stop button. Working or stop, please press the button, if the lights on, the machine is on work

CW/CCW function: press the CW/CCW button, if the lights on, the handle is CCW

Gears function: if the lights on, the controller is work in 1000RPM-50000RPM; if the light off, the controller is work in 1000RPM-30000RPM.it is better to use 1000RPM-30000RPM for adjust the speed as usual, in case wrong working in high speed.

2) Pedals: Swift machine, the pedals will be controlled the handle working or stop;

        Speed governing machine, the pedals could control the speed in the scope (during 0 to other chose speed)

3) Transfer the speed: The transfer speed button could set up the handle's speed, if do not use pedals, the handle work according to speed be set up by transfer speed button; Using pedals, the handle will be work according to the speed be set up by the pedals

6 Attentions:

1 If does not plug the handle, the motor damage, the controller failure, the temperature is too high, and the machine has protection in these conditions. The windows will show two horizontal lines, at the time, please turn off the power swift, and carefully check the machine, using after no problem.

2 The machine using base on power AC110V or AC220V, or it will be damaged.

3 If the machine could not work, please check whether plug the power line, handle, or pedals, whether the fuse burned; if temperature is too high, the machine will be in protection, please using again after the machine turn cool

4 Please turn off the swift while do not use the machine

5 Please try to protect the handle, it is very sophisticated equipment

6 Please don't use for other equipments, or, it will lead to the controller could not work in good condition, even damaged.
