Hints On Measurement
1. Rest for five minutes before taking your blood pressure
2. Take your blood pressure when relaxed in a quiet room
3. Do not move during taking your blood pressure
4. Since exercise, eating, drinking and smoking affect blood pressure readings. Please avoid these activities before taking your blood pressure
5. Measure each day at the same time and under the same conditions.
6. The same arm shall be used for each measurement
7. Generally, blood pressure will be vary over the whole day. It is low at the morning, and increases from afternoon to evening. Blood pressure is lower in summer and higher in winter
