2. Introduction:

Polyurethane polishing pad can substitute for imported polishing pad like 

LP66,LP77,LP26 and LP57.This series are widely used for polishing surface of optical prism, crystal glass, watch glass, piezoelectric glass components etc. Be in different colors, hardness, densities and thickness. We can also supply with adhesive backside and grooves on its surface.  

3. Types of polishing pad:  Models

(1).LD66 /LD77 Coffee color

It has cerium oxide content, usually been used for optical glass polishing, mobile phone glass polishing, LCD glass and other substrate glass etc.LD66 is characterized with good flexible and long durable life, the polishing yield rate can reach to 98%, LD77 has a better

cutting force and higher polishing efficiency.

 (2).LDU yellow

It is made of pure polyurethane, no abrasive material content, it is more rigid than LD66/77, mainly be used for polishing metal, crystal semiconductor material etc.

 (3).LD26 Pink

 It contain zirconia abrasive, usually be used to polish the surfaces of high hardness products.

Sizes: 1400×580, 1400×640, 1400×700, 1600×800, 1800×900, 2200×1100, 2400×1200, 2600×1300

Thickness: 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.27, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0;

 Further operation: back gummed and grooves on the surface.

5. Applicable scope:

Fine and precision grinding for optical glass, eyeglasses, LCD glass and other glass products; Surface grinding for stainless steel and other metals, plastics, precious stones, quartz and so on; Mirror surface grinding for silicon, germanium and other single wafer of semiconductors.
