The Huitian 9968 Double Component Silicone Curtain Wall Sealant is double-component and of High strength,modulus, weatherability and high & low temperature resistance.

Applications:

For the structure bonding and sealing of curtain walls made of glass or aluminum, glass daylighting roofs & metal structure projects.

 

Application Limits:

1. Do not use for all materials that exudes oil, plasticizer & solvent, such as oiled woods. 

2. Do not use on frosty or humid surfaces.

3. Do not use in successive soaking or perennial humid places.

4. Do not use when the surface temperature of materials for sealing is below 4°C or above 40°C

 

How To Use:

1.Get rid of rust, dust and oil on the object surface to keep clean.

2.Stir the adhesive evenly and use gluing machine to extrude the adhesive to the clean object surface.

3.The interface must be full filled with adhesive and able to contact air for curing. moving of it is not allowed during curing.

4.The outlet of unspent adhesive should be liquid sealed in silicone oil for protection, clean the crusts on the outlet for another use within a short time, the performance of adhesive won't be affected.

Storage:

Keep it in dry and shady place with the temperature of 8°C~28°C,the storage life is 9 months from date of manufacture.

2.Use it in ventilated places

3.In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear water.

4.In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately and go to hospital for checking.
