Valve Assembly

Material: The valve assembly consists of the valve and valve seat. Valve and valve seat are made of one-piece premium forged alloy steel, and follow the manufacturing process specification directly to assure the good finish, accurate size.

Production Process: With the advanced heat treatment it features high ductility, high strength and the surface hardness is up to HRC60.

Application: Valve assembly is the key to the mud pump hydraulic components, high working frequency, large impact, its quality directly affects the service life of hydraulic cylinder 

   Piston Rod

Material: 42CrMo 

 Production Process: The piston rod is made of high hardness alloy steel and it Is of high hardness, anti-distortion and anti-corrosion.

  Application: The big end of the piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through clamp, for power transmission purposes. The small end is installed with s piston which is in reciprocating rectilinear movement in the cylinder to generate pressure.
