Piston Rod

Material: 42CrMo 

 Production Process: The piston rod is made of high hardness alloy steel and it Is of high hardness,
anti-distortion and anti-corrosion.

Application: The big end of the piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through clamp,
for power transmission purposes. The small end is installed with s piston which is in reciprocating rectilinear movement in the
cylinder to generate pressure.
    

Nicked Base Alloy Cylinder Liner

 Material: The raw material is nickel mixed B, Yb, C, Cr, Mn, Cu and other trace elements and rare earth

 Production Process: Our Company introduced the foreign advanced technology and manufactured the
first nickel base alloy cylinder liner of China, which has longer service life than other cylinder liner. Its technology
is to cover the inner wall of the cylinder liner with alloy by extrusion. And the service life of nickel base alloy cylinder liner
is more than 2000 hours, up to 4000 hours.

 Application: The mud pump is the "heart" of the oil field drilling system, and cylinder liner is an important quick-wearing
part of mud pump.
