The Multi-point Wire Mesh Welding Machine is a newly developed approved product targeting at various types of wire mesh according to the demands from market, and it is mainly applied to the welding of fence netting, shelf, barbecue net, storage shelves, iron plate stiffener .

1.Wide Welding Scope: The machine can be applied to the welding widths between 300-3000mm which can also be expanded by the special design.

2.Convenient Loading and Unloading: The machine adopts modular design, can equip automatic feeding vehicle (driven by servo motor) or manual pushing feeding vehicle , wire mesh mould installed on feeding vehicle, so just manual place the precutting steel wire on mould, then it can achieve automatic welding. The loading and unloading of workpiece is easy and convenient .The machine has diversified interface which can connect to various production lines to achieve the streamlined production and  improving the production efficiency.

3.Precise Control: The automatic feeding system is driven by servo motor, it can quickly stop at any position in the forwarding and backing process , precise location control.

4.Adjustable horizontal welding position: The machine beam adopted the dove-tail style design, so each welding cylinder position can horizontal adjust to satisfy welding demands in various positions.

5.Friendly operation interface: The large interface-touch screen in this machine can realize the visualization of the operation and store a lot of different data specifications while it is also easy to be operated. With a complete self-protection control measures and automatic alarming function(Indication by sound, light, and language),it can be easily and safely operated.
