Fiberglass chopped strand was the main raw material for producing brake lining, brake pads and other friction materials, it is the new product for replacement of asbestos for environmental protection property. It was widely used in the fied of auto industry. Also It was treated by silane coupling agent, that makes it has excellent dispersion and composition with other inorganic materials and resin for making friction materials. Brake lining/pad are made of steel fibers, fiberglass, graphite, wear agents, resins and other chemical substances and its coefficient of friction, wear index and noise values were controlled by adjusting the ratio of these raw materials.

Product Application:
Fiberglass chopped strand is in the line chopped, it's suitable for GRP,reinforcing thermoplastics.
Typical products include automobile fittings,electronic and electrical parts,mechanical products etc. In the meantime,it can be also used for constrution, appliance,electrical industries and as base material for thermal insulation material,BMCmaterial,
insulating panel for storage battery and reinforced gypsum.
Storage:
Chopped Strands should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between 15C, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%.
Please keep the product in its original packing before use,avoiding moisture.
Packing Style:
E-Glass Chopped Strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kgs per bag,
4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet.Each 32 bags of products are packed
by multilayer shrink film and firmly fixed on the pallet. Also, the product can be packed
as the customers' reasonable requires.
