RJ2 series pit type quenching furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace, tempering temperature is 650℃,mainly used to rod, long axis, plate, shaft and other metal materials and mechanical parts for high or low temperature tempering after quenching and carburizing in a relatively sealing state cavity.

Structure

Pit type furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, lining, heating device, muffle tank , loading frame,  furnace coverand hoisting mechanism of furnace roof, furnace body is cylindrical deep well, workpiece is installed vertically furnace inside for heating, Pit type furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, also is placed above the ground plane, or ground level fluctuation in each half.

Pit type furnace can also be used for mechanical parts for tempering ,annealing, normalizing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment, etc, electricity or gas can be used for heating, with electricity as heat source, is called the pit type resistance furnace,can form a complete set of heat treatment production line with pit type tempering furnace, quenching tank, washing machine and other equipment.
