Before filling, the operator will manually place the empty US 55gallon plastic or steel drum on infeedConveyor and every two
drums will be transferred to filling station

 

For filling system, we offer you automatic 1 sets of automatic drum filling machine with two nozzles, every two empty drums
will be automatically stopped and positioned on weighing station, and filling nozzles integrated with bunghole tracking system
will automatically position the bunghole so that the nozzles can beautomatically going down for filling. Meanwhile, because
lubricant oil is not easy to get forming during filling process, sub-surface fill is enough.

 

For capping system, we offer you 1 set of pneumatic drum sealing tool with balancer, which is driven by compressed air and
includes two units, one unit is used to close the inner screw cap, and the other unit is used to seal the outer cap.

 

All frames&supports are built in ss304, and any contact parts to liquid are also made in ss304.

 

The lube oil will be transfered to drum filler directly by pump and DCS to PLC simulation&sychronization will be upon further request.
