  Wellhead frame material is the box iron and steel plate. Winch's four main pulley are install in the wellhead frame. Tilting base and arm install on the wellhead frame. Inlet water connector install aside of the tilting arm. Tilting mechanism is operated by the hydraulic pressure system.
