Butyl rubber lined carbon steel pipe fittings  is one kind of pipe whose framework is steel or stereoplasm, lining layer is wear-resistant, corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant rubber. By rubber itself physical and chemical performance, which reduce the medium effect such as impulsive force to the external structure and corrosion, and rubber's buffer function prolongs the service of pipe, reduces the cost.
 
As we know, in order to increase the carbon steel service life, rubber lining is necessary. If the pipes medium is strong alkali , acid or food, we adivce plastic(PTFE) rubber lined pipeline . In our factory, we often use IIR(Butyl rubber) and CR( chloroprene rubber).IIR and CR are the best choices for FGD(Flue gas desulfurization). They protect environment. At the surface of neoprene rubber lined steel pipe  fittings,  we will paint epoxy resin painting to avoid rusting.
 
 
If the   butyl rubber lined carbon steel pipe fittings is very long, it will be made into some standard pipes, connecting with flange, the standard pipe's length is 6m, but if the pipes need to be exported, we advice the length is 5.8m, otherwise, they can not be put into the 40 feet container.
