Double flanged loosing force-transferring dismantling joint consists of flange loose expansion dismantling joint and short tube flange, connected screw. It can reduce the pressure by fitting the thrust (blind plate force) and compensation pipeline installation error, double flanged loosing force-transferring dismantling joint can't absorb the axial displacement. When installation, adjustment and a pipe or the installation of flange length on both ends of the dismantling joint, after the completion of the installation and welding, diagonal evenly tighten gland bolts, in order to make it as a whole, and has certain displacement, convenient installation and maintenance, can be adjusted according to the size. At work the axial thrust will be put to the whole pipeline.
