ACWU90 aluminum alloy inter-locked armour power cable

A. Application:

The ACWU90 XLPE insulation cable is high flexibility.

It was composed of single or multi cores.

It can directly buried in the earth for the reason of it has FT4 class PVC outer sheath. It also can be used in the corrosion environment and nonflamable buildings.

The ACWU90 XLPE insulation cable reduced the construct difficulty and human resources of pipeline installed.

E. Product features of aluminum alloy power cable:

- electric conductivity: In the situation of same conductivity, same weight of aluminum alloy power and copper power cable, the length of aluminum alloy armour power cable is one more time than copper power cable.

- creep resistance property: Stable creep resistance property same as copper cable

- anti- corrosion property: The anti-corrosion property of aluminum is highly better than copper.

- flexibility: Aluminum alloy armour power cable has nice bending property, the flexibility feature is nice than copper.

- cold endurance: Adding cold resistance XLPE insulation and PVC outer sheath, makes the cable not only flexbility, it also could operating in -40 degree environment. At the same time, it allowing install temperature in -25 degree. The usual power cable can not installed under zero degree.
