Introduction to 10% Zinc-Al Net Cages (Zinc-10% aluminum-mixed mishmetal alloy):
10% zinc-Al alloy is a kind of new material appearing recently, applied for replacing traditional pure galvanized coating.
It is proved that its corrosion resistance is above 7 times of that of traditional pure galvanized coating, thus gradually attracting more and more attention. Now, the developed countries in Europe and America are replacing pure galvanized gabion cages with 10% zinc-Al alloy cages (gabion).
The rectangular net cage weaved by zinc-Al alloy steel wire can be used for 140-160 years, three times of that of common galvanized steel wire.
Zinc-Al alloy steel wire conforms to national standard: GB/T 20492-2006.
Weaving Methods of 10% Zinc-Al Alloy Net Cages:
The zinc-Al alloy net cages of Haochang Gabion Factory adopt double-twisted hexagonal wire mesh (diameter 2.00mm-4.00mm) weaved by advanced machines at home and abroad. To improve the structural strength of the cages, every cage is divided into 1m intervals in average and installed with clapboards. In addition, in the process of weaving every mesh sheet, the diameter of the edge wire is one specification thicker than the twisted longitude and latitude wires to improve the firmness of the sheets .All the design conforms to national standard and the quality is perfect.
