     All of the fermentation tanks are designed as following:

 

     Cylindrical-conical tanks; dish head; cone angle is 60° (60°-90°); shell jacket (one or two sections); bottom jacket; insulation both on shell and bottom; adjustable legs.

     Connections: PVRV; CO₂ outlet; coolant inlet and outlet; Pt 100; sample valve; side manhole; CIP; wort inlet and yeast outlet; racking arm.

     Optional: open fermenter; 6" connection for dry hop.
