Product Description
1.Composting System
According to the characteristics of raw materials, it can be equipped with windrow turner or channel-type turner. Users can choose one of them or combine the two kinds of devices.
2.Crushing and screening system
the role of this system is to crush and screen the materials after composting. Screening of qualified organic fertilizer materials can be made into powder or can be used as the organic material particles to make organic and inorganic fertilizers.
3.Batching and mixing system
the role of this system is through the crushing and screening after composting materials and NPK inorganic fertilizer and other additives and other raw materials in proportion to the ratio and mixed. It is mainly used for organic and inorganic compound fertilizer production.
4.Pelleting system/granular system
the role of this system is to press the material into granules after crushing, scaling and mixing. Granulation of organic materials is suitable for use the flat die pellet mill which the principle of the machine is extrusion forming. Supporting with disc feeding device to achieve uniform feed to the pellet mill.
5.Particle drying and cooling system
the role of this system is to further remove the water of particles after screening and reduce the temperature of material after drying to meet the requirements of the moisture content of organic fertilizer.
6.Screening and bagging system
the system used for different particle size of cooled particulate material classification and grading and automatic bagging after the finished product.
7.Compost Fertilizer Packing Machine
