Sawdust pellet making machine description:

Our Efficient Centrifugal sawdust pellet making machine is our special designed pellet mill for making hardwood, rice husk and other less sticky materials into pellets.

Compared with normal sawdust pellet mill, our efficient centrifugal sawdust pellet mill has the following advantages:

1. The sawdust pellet mill has a vertical die to make feeding vertically which meansn o arching of raw material occers and it is easy for heating dissipation.

2. Sawdut pellet mill die is fixed while the rollers rotateing. Materials distributed centrifugally  and evenly.

3. Double-layer dies with up and down dual-use to make the mill with high capacity and saving energy.

4. Independent lubrication with high pressure filtration to keep the whole lubrication system clean and unblocked.

5. Independent and frequency changeable cutting device to ensure the formation rate of pellets.

6.Our pellet mill is applied to wood chips, sawdust, corn stalk, wheat straw, rice husk, paper, plasticr etc. This mill can make pellets without any bond because of the high pressure created by the rollers and the die.

7.The pellet diameter made by our pellet mill can be 2-15mm by changing the hole sizes of dies.

8.The pellet density made by our wood pellet mill is around 1.0-1.4 which can meet the international pellet standard.
