Antirust ST-A6100

Abstract

ST-A6100 provides a hard, colorless transparent resin film over metal surface, especially for hot dip galvanized steel to prevent the white rust. It's almost applicable by immersion, flow-on or spray to all metals. It contains no chromate and requires no special drying procedures. And it should be used only on indoor surface.

Process: Soaking

Concentration: 20 % by weight of water

Temperature: room temperature to50℃

Drying: Overnight drying in door will provide optimum abrasion resistance.

Notice

Tanks should be constructed of low carbon steel or stainless steel.

Acid or acidic materials should not come in contact with ST-A6100.

First Aid Measures

For eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If eyes are irritated, get medical attention.

For skin, wash with soap and water thoroughly.

For inhalation, remove from exposure. If swallowing, give several glasses of water or milk to drink. Contact a physician.

Package and Storage

It is packed in a plastic barrel of net weight30kg.

Be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Before opening drum, relieve any pressure by loosening bung slowly. Keep container closed tightly and keep from freezing.

It can be kept at low temperature for a long time. The storage temperature should be below40℃.
