Used to measurement of APOA1 concentration in human serum. Clinical studies have shown determination in favor of APOA1 diagnosis and detection of coronary artery disease (CAD). [Test Principle]
Immunoturbidimetry with two point end assay. When a specimen is mixed with the reagents, APOA1 inthe specimen combines with the anti-human APOA1 antibody in the reagent to yield an insoluble aggregate that causes increased turbidity in the solution. The absorbance (700/ 340 nm) of reaction turbidity is proportional to the concentration of APOA1 inthe specimen, and can be measured optically.
