[Test Principle]
Latex- enhanced immunoturbidimetry two point end assay. ASO and latex microsphere coated with SLO occurs agglutination reaction in the liquid phase of human serum. Which cause liquid turbidity change, using turbidimetric method to measure turbidity at 600 nm, with the presence of a certain amount of antibody, turbidity is proportional to the ASO concentration.
