[Intended Use]

The Tina-quant hs-CRP latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay is for the in vitro quantitative determination of CRP in human serum and plasma. High sensitivity C reactive protein as one of the acute inflammatory reaction index, are closely associated with cardiovascular disease, can be used as adynamic evaluation of clinical observation of cardiovascular disease.

[Test Principle]

Latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry two point end assay . C reactive protein in serum (CRP)  and specific antibody combined on the latex particle surface will reaction and generate a cloudy particles, It is dispersed in medium, using turbidimetric method to measure turbidity at 570nm, with the presence of a certain amount of antibody, turbidity is proportional to the hs-CRP concentration.
