This kit is suitable for the content of the human serum transferrin (TF) in vitro quantitative determination.Serum transferrin (TF) content

[Test Principle]
Immunoturbidimetric two point end assay. TF in serum and specific antibody will react and generate a cloudy particles, It is dispersed
in medium, using turbidimetric method to measure turbidity at 340nm, with the presence of a certain amount of antibody, turbidity is
proportional to the TF concentration.
