DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE
The dimensional tolerance of the Silicone Flangeless Plug
APLICATIONS:
Powder Coating, Wet Coating, E-Coating, Plating, Anodizing.
USES:
Used to cover M5 to M28 threaded holes.
This plug is used to mask a hole and the first screw thread because of the corrugated design.
Given the conical shape, the same reference can plug slightly different hole dimensions by adjusting it to
the appropriate size required for each use. The pull is sturdy so it doesn't break while installing or
removing the plug.
RECOMMENDATIONS for USE:
The size of the hole to be hidden must between the largest and smallest diameter of the plug " A" and " B" .
This plug is inserted with a bit of pressure. The plug should not be threaded when installing it in the hole
as the screw threads will cut the plug. Once installed, the plug must be secure. It is recommended that no
more than half of the plug sticks out so it doesn't fall during the process.
STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Storing this product away from direct sunlight and at a temperature between 20o C and 25o C is
recommended in order to prevent any modifications to the properties such as flexibility, elasticity or
decolouring, among others.
The material this product is made of possesses no health risk nor is it considered hazardous requiring
consideration when handling or storing it.
EXPIRY
This product does not expire, but it may lose plasticity and flexibility if stored inappropriately and/or for
more than 5 years.
USEFUL LIFE OF THE PRODUCT
The useful life of this product depends on the conditions and loads it is subjected to during the
