MQD-6B automatically test High beam and low beam, help online headlamps adjustment easily and reliable. Ideal for Top vehicle inspect stations, auto manufacture and headlamp manufactuer.

General Features

l  High-speed DSP6000 image processing system, dual CCD cameras and microcomputer inside, accurate control and reliable operation.

l  Powerful function of self-checking for fault, on-line adjusting headlamps.

l  Work for all types of incandescent, halogen, xenon, LED headlamps, RHD& LHD vehicles.

l  Run very fast at average 40s,only 20 seconds to finish the test with dual lamps testing synchronously.

l  Equipped with Industrial PC and LED display, automatically indicates the adjustment direction of the headlight.

l  Red warning light on when the tester working.
