We manufacture slitter knives up to 1500mm(59.06 inches) in diameter for slitting and edge-trimming lines.
Operatinal Progress:
Steel-making→→Blanking→→Forging Steel→→Rough Progressing→→Heat Treatment→→Finishing→→Testing
Knives are available with ground, lapped or polished side faces.
Slitter knives are manufactured to a thickness tolerance of ±0.002mm-0.003mm(±0.00007 inch-±0.00012inch).
Parallelism tolerances is within 0.003mm (0.00012 inch)
These are all prerequisites for the best possible slitting results.

Features of Blade:
1, Triple tempt for optimum wear resistance.
2, Long service life for an extra clean cut of tissue paper, toilet roll.
3, Precise heat treatment.
4, Excellent cutting longevity and wear resistance.
5, High intensity,high toughness,small thermal deformation.
6, Blades are eliminated unwanted and uncontrollable residual stress.
Finish of side faces:
1, With two-sided compound bevel consisting of secondary and primary bevel
2, Geometry of bevel optimized for the application.
3, Polished bevel for minimum friction.
