Sintered aluminium wire is to make the copper or aluminum conductor wrapped with polyimide film, fluorine 46 composite film or Dupont film. Film can be melt and make a whole with film and conductor after heated. Sintered wires is pinhole free and has smooth and even surface, and has high mechnical strength and electrical property. It can bear the impact load capacity. It can work regularly under high temperature, high pressure , radiation, refrigerant and starting frequently or overloading current.
Sintered aluminium wire is widely applied as winding wires in high/low pressure electric motor, locomotive traction motor, hydrogenerator, tubo generator and wind generator.
