CHARACTERISTICS OF USES:

1. Be suitable for the research experiment, small scale test and small scale production process which have the processes such as evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration and decompression, degassing.

2. 5 taps, can be used alone or in parallel.

3. Can be used to extract corrosive gas, need to shorten the period of water changing.

4. The body of the flume adopts polvinyl chloride (PVC) material, the casing adopts carbon constructional quality steel cold rolling plate and the surface adopts electrostatic spraying.

5. Ejector with copper material, tee junction, back valve and gas-extraction nozzle adopt the PP material.

6. The pump body and impeller adopt stainless steel plate pressing (SUS Standard).

7. Be furnished with truckles, which is convenient for moving and is suitable for the flexible configuration in labs and workshops.

8. SHB-B95A: The casing adopts stainless steel material (SUS standard), the rest is the same as SHB-B95. 

 

SHB-B95T:

1.Based on SHB-B95A type, the function and basic material are the same as those of SHB-B95A type.

2.Adopts the latest technology to make the service life longer, antiseptic property better and more reliable. 

3. Spray paint Teflon(PTFE) on the ejector and gas-extraction nozzle, gas pipeline adopts fluorine rubber material.

 

SHB-B88:

1. 3 taps, can be used alone or in parallel.

2. 2 taps are furnished with vacuum control valve, which can adjust the vacuum degree; there are 2 vacuum gauges visually displaying respectively.

3. A tap does not adjust, the vacuum degree of which is higher than( or equal to ) the meter reading of the highest vacuum degree.

4. The casing adopts stainless steel material(SUS Standard), the rest is the same as SHB-B95.
