Kinds:

According to the evaporator principle and mode of production, the resulting ice blocks are shaped differently.

Based on the shape of ice, ice makers are divided into tube ice machine, flake ice machine, block ice machine,
plate ice machine, crash ice machine etc.

Ice machines are required to be high performance , low failure rate and healthy ,and our machines can meet all inquiries.


Ice Machine Theory:

Tube ice evaporator designed that inside and outside evaporation of the evaporator.The circulation cold water inside the pipe,
while adding refrigeration on the pipe outside.

After the refrigeration system to work normally ,the cold water circulating pump take the water of the tank up to the fluid director,
the put the water into the tube with a screw type,attached to the inner wall flowing, the refrigerant through the evaporator external,
heating exchange with the water of the inner wall ,in the heat exchange progress ,the refrigerant from liquid turn into gas and absorb
a lot of heat,the water which flow through the evaporator tube wall will dramatically reached the freezing point,so freezes.

Then,using rotary cutting principle,the reducer motor will be cutting off ice icicles,then the ice will be  falling to the ice turntable homeopathic and sent by centrifugal force .Not icing cold water will flow through the bottom of the tank to the sink,through the cold water circulating pump to cycle again.


Maintenance:

Good maintenance to equipment play a key role on the equipment performance and longevity .

Ice machine equipment should be charge by professional staff (through our company training).
