1 Main frame: all of the parts are precision finishing which adpots cast steels and other high quality steels, high compressive strength, high resistance to deformation and stable performance, firm and durable.

2 Guide posts: adopt special steel and fine manufacturing. After hard chromium plating and special precossing, the surface has high sliding and abrasion resistance.

3 Mould: use Cr 12 and other special mould steeel materials, after forging, miling, sutting, grinding, carving and quenching, the mould has high accuracy, strength and abrasion resistance, wear well and no distortion.

4 Moulding: Mix the materials togheter with proper ratio; and then the mix them into paste and make sure them has good liquidity. The products after pressing have high density and strength.

5 Products: manufacture different sizes and types tiles just by changing moulds.

6 Feeding sysytems: doser adpots sensing pnedrive technology, with air cylinder the mixer feed and graduated cylinder ratio. The feeding has high accuracy and low error.

7 Controlling system: computer control and human-machine interface. Controlling system adopt Japanese Mitubishi or Taiwan Taida PLC system, integrate mechanical and electrial, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic, make the whole system automation degree high and good handing. At the same time, the machine don't need professional staff; just give works simple traning and they can operate.
