Systems:

Forming machine: 

If capacity less than 1000pcs/h, could choose following left semi-automatic one, let worker get tray from the machine,If capacity more than 1000pcs/h, then choose right one which machine put finished trays on conveyor for next process.

Drying machine:

Build a warming house with a railway, then put finished trays on a cart which  through across the warming house for drying. use a belt dryer for trays drying 

Shaping machine:

To get good quality trays, i recommend you to finally shape trays after drying.

Packing machine:

Press trays together for easier transporting and moving
