Features of CNC vertical lathe VL850R

Main features of our products are high speed, high accuracy and high rigidity.

Bed, column, table base and crossbeam are through weathering after casting, then through tempering treatment for four hours under
the temperature of 580 degree to release internal stress. After castings cooled, do sandblasting of surface oxide layers, spraying primers,
rough machining of railway surface to make surface hardness of railway achieve HRC 56°-58° and thickness 2mm.Then grinding, finish
machining or fine boring is done on the bed, column, table base and crossbeam.

The bed, column, crossbeam and other parts are tested by Swiss and German equipments, such as Renishaw laser Interferometer system
and Hexagon 3D coordinate-measuring machine.

The surface of the bed, column and crossbeam are manually scraped to make it completely attach to each other, making machines table,
durable and keep accuracy for a longer time.
