1.Rigid polyurethane has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When rigid polyurethane density get 35 ~ 40kg / m3, thermal conductivity is only 0.018g ~ 0.023w / (mk), equivalent to about half value of the EPS, which has the lowest thermal conductivity in all insulation material.
2.Polyurethane cold room sandwich panel has moisture and water resistance. Rigid polyurethane closed cell rate is 90% or more, is water-repellent material, will not absorb moisture to increase the thermal conductivity, so the wall will not happen water seepage.
3.Polyurethane cold room sandwich panel could resist fire, high temperature. After adding flame retardant ,Polyurethane become a flame of self-extinguishing material, its softening point can reach 250 degrees, will decompose only at a higher temperature: In addition, the burning of polyurethane foam will cause ash-forming surface, this layer helps to isolate the following foam, can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Further, the polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
4.Because polyurethane sheet has excellent insulation properties, under the requirements of the building ,it will achieve the same insulation by reducing the thickness of the external structure, thereby increasing the indoor area.

1.Fresh storage
Fresh Storage can keep temperature at 0 ℃, the optimum cold storage sandwich panel thickness is 10 centimeters.It can maximize keep some original quality and freshness of agricultural products. Even it is the fresh agricultural products, in the preservation storage after a period of time, which will be in same condition as the fresh-cut quality .
2.Cold Storage
Cold storage temperature keep in - 18 ℃, the suitable thickness of cold storage board is 15 cm
A cold storage is mainly used for the food, dairy products, meat, aquatic products, poultry, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, flowers, green plant, tea, medicine, chemical raw materials, electronic instrument, such as constant temperature storage.
Freezer Storage
3.Freezer storage temperature is kept at - 38 ℃, the suitable thickness of cold storage board is 20 centimeters.Freezer refrigerator is mainly used in food, medicine, frozen processing and cold storage of machinery , it make constant low temperature indoor by artificial refrigeration.
