• Note:
  • Working voltage no higher than rated voltage by 10%
  • Environment humility should be no higher by 95%
  • Wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and warming layer
  • Cover should connect floor correctly
  • Avoid connecting the corrupted and exploded medium and water for long
  • Conducting wire can stand part of the connecting wire temperature
  • Avoid screwing too strong
  • Casting heater should be put in dry environment
  • Please check it again before it is used to make sure it's safe
  • If the casting part heater is storage for a long time, please make sure the insulation resistance lower than 1MΩ
  • Make sure to bake it in stove around 200° for 5 to 6 hours before being used again, or we can lower the voltage and heat it until the insulated resistance become normal
  • Please fix the aluminum casting panel and make sure it is connected with the heated part closely to avoid air burning
