1. Application:
The machine is applicable for beverage, food, daily chemical round PET bottle or glass bottle labeling. The label is self-adhesive.
2. Product characteristic:
A: The machine using two top technology of our company, with double roller to send the labels, improve the accuracy (firstly labels are rolled by active roller before labeling, which is good to eliminate labels wrinkles, improve the quality of labeling)
B: Double pendulum rod spring clutch and belt brake, which can ensure accurate labeling.
C: This machine adopts top technology, famous super low inertia servo motor, and system by Siemens PCL, which can control the servo motor precisely, the controlling system adopt SIMEMS and famous panel, the human interface can be operated in Chinese and English. During the labeling process, it can ensure 0.01m/min labeling accuracy, but not 1m/min as some other machine. In aspect of speed, adopted 750W servo motor, labeling speed can be adjusted in 600-1000BPH, the design match with the production speed and achieve high-speed labeling
